Jo See has been doing solicitor’s work for local and foreign clientele, and across borders, since 1995. She is the Head of TPC Law’s Corporate, Banking & Finance Department which practice includes the provision of services and advices relating to – Corporate Governance & Services, Mergers & Acquisitions, Employment Law, Immigration and Banking.

Jo See is a Director of Huber+Suhner (Singapore) Pte. Ltd. (a wholly-owned subsidiary of Huber+Suhner AG, listed on the Swiss Stock Exchange), TechTarget (Singapore) Pte. Ltd. Jo See has acted for offshore banks and local banks (whether on bilateral or syndicated basis) in various types of banking facilities offered by them to borrowers (whether incorporated in Singapore or elsewhere).  Such facilities include working capital facilities, ship finance facilities, trade finance facilities, export credit facilities and construction loan facilities.  She has also acted for borrowers in the review of banking documents.

She is experienced in assisting clients set up their presence in Singapore, as well as in foreign jurisdictions and in the provision of corporate secretarial services, and advice on corporate governance matters.

She regularly advises banks and companies on employment law and related issues (including the review of employment contracts, handbooks and termination of employment) and on the applications of employment passes. In addition, she advises clients and assist them in their applications to become permanent residents in Singapore or Singapore citizens.
