Tan Peng Chin LLC (or TPC Law as we are commonly known to clients and friends) is a full service Singapore law firm with a regional practice. We aim to provide clients with prompt and efficient legal services with the highest level of legal expertise. We are constantly aware that the solutions we propose should be practical and effective, bearing in mind the market conditions and commercial reality of each case.
Our Firm was founded in 1994 as Tan Peng Chin & Partners and converted to a Law Corporation or LLC in 2001. We now have more than 50 lawyers, paralegals and staff, combined. TPC Law has been ranked the top 25 largest law firms in Singapore since 2013 by Singapore Business Review.
In addition to advising on Singapore law, we undertake a substantial amount of overseas assignments, and work in close collaboration with foreign law firms in British Virgin Islands, England, China, Hong Kong, India, Indonesia, Malaysia, Philippines, Thailand and Vietnam.
We provide a broad range of legal services and aim to be our clients’ preferred one-stop law firm.
