• Sale and purchase of residential, office, shopping and industrial properties for individuals and companies by private treaty, auction sales, tender and mortgagee sales;
• Acting for the Housing & Development Board in the issuance of leases for shopping /commercial premises and hawker stalls;
• Acting for the Central Provident Fund – CPF monies utilized in the purchase of residential properties (HDB and private properties) and commercial properties (HDB and private properties);
• Financing of residential, commercial and industrial properties (HDB, JTC and private properties); and
• Short and long term leases of residential, shopping, office and industrial properties.
