Profile

Ywee Ern joined Tan Peng Chin LLC as an associate with our Corporate, Banking & Finance Department in early 2016. His experience in banking includes advising and assisting local and foreign banks and various financial institutions in connection with banking and finance documents, security documents and foreign legal opinions. Ywee Ern also advises clients on general corporate matters such as drafting and reviewing corporate/commercial agreements, employment agreements and compliance and regulatory issues under various statutes and regulations in Singapore.

Prior to joining Tan Peng Chin LLC, Ywee Ern graduated with a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) degree from the National University of Singapore in 2011. Thereafter, he completed his Practicing Training with a mid-sized local law firm where he assisted in corporate and banking law matters.
