Profile

Stephen re-joined the firm in 2003 after two years in the financial services department of Allen & Gledhill.

Prior to joining the Department, Stephen had more than 10 years’ experience in general corporate, commercial and banking work, with considerable experience in syndications, structured trade, leveraged finance and other forms of debt financing, as well as matters such as joint ventures, acquisitions and franchising. He still maintains a practice in these areas for select clientele.

He has more than a decade of experience in general corporate and banking work, and is a specialist in syndications, structured trade, leveraged finance and other forms of debt financing. He also has extensive experience on corporate matters such as joint ventures and share purchases.

Stephen joined the Asset and Wealth Management Department in 2006, bolstering a growing practice. His practice is now focused entirely on asset and wealth management matters, advising clients on the whole range of services offered by the Department.
