Kit Wan joined Tan Peng Chin LLC in 2002 and was appointed a Director in 2006.  Kit Wan's main areas of practice include corporate insolvency, family and matrimonial disputes, contentious and non contentious probate and administration as well as complex commercial litigation.  She has acted for public listed companies, foreign and multinational corporations, stockbroking firms, MCSTs, judicial managers and liquidators as well as individual clients.  Kit Wan is presently advising the liquidators of a prominent Singapore building and construction company that underwent judicial management in 2004 and winding up in 2005, leaving several major projects uncompleted and a large amount of debt.
