Profile
Kenneth was a recipient of a Malaysian Scholarship for being the top Malaysian student in Leeds Law School, United Kingdom in 2006. Kenneth practised as a litigation lawyer in a leading law firm in Malaysia specialising in the areas of banking, financial and securities litigation.

Prior to joining Tan Peng Chin LLC, He worked in a Singapore law firm where he was exposed to general civil and corporate litigation.

Recent Experience
Advisory work on all aspects of law related to financial institutions, including banking law, securities law, receivership and insolvency.

Litigation work including loan recovery, execution proceedings, enforcement of security, receiverships, liquidation and bankruptcy proceedings, and proceedings involving schemes of arrangements and restructuring of debtor companies, insurance claim for motor accidents.

Trial preparation for contentious disputes and these include defamation suit, breach of mandate and law of assignment.
