LL.B. (Hons), National University of Singapore (2007).
Admitted as Advocate and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Singapore in 2008.
Brief Background
Gina completed her pupilage with us before being admitted as an advocate and solicitor in May 2008. Her areas of practice have since included commercial/corporate litigation, matrimonial law, probate and criminal law. Reported cases which she has assisted in as of April 2009 include:-
- Multi-Code Electronics Industries (M) Bhd and Another v Toh Chun Toh Gordon and Others [2008] SGHC 193; and
- Jane Rebecca Ong v Pricewaterhousecoopers and Others [2009] SGHC 29.
Personal
One thing which I’ve appreciated ever since I started work is an advice many have given: that lawyers require the dedication to learn the law always. It may be daunting; it may be tedious but, all in all, it is a rewarding and interesting journey to be welcomed. It not only enriches oneself, but also helps one’s clients ultimately.
And in this journey, I am grateful to have colleagues who are patient and kind and whom I am absolutely delighted to work with.
